have i told you lately...

…well, anything? i’m sorry for the long gap in posts! you know how life goes, and the second that you think you’re ahead, you fall ten paces behind. i’ve experienced this in class, at work, all over the place. is there anything i can do to make it up to you?

it is sort of cake like, but i promise it’s from our viennoiseries unit, so it’s in-between cake and bread. still too sweet?

those brioche made quite a lovely breakfast...but i digress. still not enough?

instead of one mini loaf, that was made up of eight. eight heavenly pieces of delicious brioche.


but i feel like all of these are not really expressing how i’ve missed you, and missed sharing all of the wild and wacky kitchen adventures of the past few weeks. and so, i have for you…this.


can you possibly forgive me?
